I bought a duplex in Sacramento in Arden area and inherited 2 tenants. I was going to look for good property managers but went without for a month or so. Little that I knew, the tenants stopped paying and 1 was section 8 which did not even pay couple hundred dollars on time. I found Sunburst PM on time and Madeline and Jill not only helped me get all my ducks in a row but got me two very good tenants who paid on time. What I liked about Sunburst is that they take care of tenants very well and get things fixed very quickly so that tenants do not have to suffer and in turn, I have happy tenants.
