I assume the repair was to a recurring water leak. I was out of town when the repair was done and was unaware that it had been reported. When I returned there was blue water in the bucket i had left out. The leak has not re-occured, there is still damage in the ceiling from prior leaks that has yet to be repaired. I thought i was answering the repair of water leak. As to renting, I like the apartment and the neighbourhood.

I lived in a rental house that was managed by Sunburst Property Management for two years. I had a great experience from start to finish working with their team! Making payments and submitting maintenance requests was so easy with the online portal. Whenever I did submit a maintenance request for the house, the turnaround for work to be done was always prompt, even around holidays. Madeline and the rest of the team were always so friendly and easy to get in contact with whether it was via email, phone call or text. Upon my move out, the process was straight forward and I also received my deposit back in a timely manner. I am now a homeowner, so this may have been my last renting experience for the time being, but honestly it was one of the best!

As I have rented from Sunburst Properties about 3 years,very happily, before moving into my son and his wifes home. Mike from On Line is great. A difficult job, but he kept troubleshooting until he determined the problem and was able to get our A/C fixed. It is now working great! Sad part was that it took 3 weeks, but given the problems with getting parts and the extreme heat during that time with all the service calls, he did an excellent job.
